Customization + Restarting In DBZ Final Stand you can c ustomize your character when you start the game.  You can choose your shirt, pants, skin color, race, hair, and height.  My characters race is a saiyan, he has Yamcha's hair, and he has a demon shirt, and demon pants. To restart the game you need to go to the guy next to Chichi's house.
